As someone who has spent a lot of time on TikTok, I’ve come across countless videos claiming to reveal the secrets of making money online. Some of these videos have gone viral, with creators promising viewers that they can make thousands of dollars a week if they follow their advice. But after doing some research and trying out some of these methods myself, I’ve come to the conclusion that you should never believe TikTok videos about making money.
Firstly, most of these videos are just clickbait. Creators are looking for ways to get more views and followers, so they’ll often create misleading titles and thumbnails that promise to reveal some kind of secret. But in reality, the video is just a rehash of information that’s widely available online or worse, it’s a scam.
Secondly, even if the advice given in the video is legitimate, it’s unlikely to work for everyone. Making money online is not a one-size-fits-all solution. It takes time, effort, and sometimes money to build a successful online business. The strategies that work for one person may not work for another, and it’s important to do your own research and find a method that works for you.
Lastly, TikTok is not a reliable source of information when it comes to making money. Most of the creators on the platform are young and inexperienced, and while they may have had some success with their own online ventures, they’re not necessarily qualified to give advice to others. Additionally, TikTok’s algorithm is designed to prioritize entertaining content over informative content, so even if there are legitimate creators sharing valuable information, their videos are unlikely to get the same amount of views as a viral dance or lip-sync video.
