
As a writer, I have found that there are two specific times of day when I am most productive and creative: early in the morning and right before I go to sleep. In this post, I’ll share my experience and some of the reasons why I prefer to write during those specific times.
When I write early in the morning, I find that my mind is fresh and clear, and I’m able to focus on my writing with greater ease. There are fewer distractions at that time, and my brain hasn’t yet been overloaded with the stresses of the day. This makes it easier for me to tap into my creativity and write with greater inspiration.
On the other hand, writing just before going to sleep has a different effect on me. I’ve found that it’s an excellent way to wind down and relax after a long day. Writing at night is a peaceful activity that helps me to quiet my mind and prepare for sleep. Additionally, I often find that the ideas that come to me at this time are unique and unexpected. It’s almost as if my subconscious mind has been working on my writing while I go about my day, and the ideas emerge as I am about to fall asleep.
Of course, I don’t spend all day writing. I like to use the rest of my day for other activities, such as exercise and brainstorming new ideas. Exercise is an essential part of my daily routine because it helps me to clear my head and stay focused. Whether I’m going for a run or doing yoga, exercise provides me with the energy I need to tackle my writing projects.
Brainstorming is another activity that I find helpful for my writing. When I’m not writing, I like to spend time coming up with new ideas, researching topics, and jotting down notes. This helps me to stay organized and focused, and it also gives me a starting point for my writing when I sit down at the keyboard.
