you’re writing a novel, it’s easy to get stressed out. You have so much to do and not enough time to do it! But when writers stress about writer’s block, they lose themselves in their work and neglect their own health. This can lead to anxiety or other health conditions down the road–or even worse–death by overwork! So what can you do if this happens? Well… first off, relax. It’s okay if your brain won’t let go of that idea for now; just breathe deeply, take some time off from your writing project (or even better: put it on hold), and then come back fresh for round two! Second: learn how to keep yourself healthy by taking care of yourself both physically and mentally (which I’ll get into below). Lastly: remember there are so many different ways that people deal with stress in their lives; there’s no one-size-fits-all solution here!”
Stressing about writer’s block can cause anxiety, which can lead to stress.
You know how it is: you’re working on a big deadline and suddenly your brain goes blank. What do you do?
here are many reasons why writer’s block happens, but one of the most common ones is stress. Stress can lead to health problems like heart disease, fibromyalgia and depression—and even cause anxiety or panic attacks in people who are already prone to them (like me).
Writers need to take care of their own health just as much as they take care of their writing!!!
As a writer, you have to take care of your own health just as much as you take care of your writing. You need to eat right and exercise regularly. You should also try to avoid any harmful habits like smoking or drinking too much alcohol or caffeine (which can make your energy levels drop). And if you do smoke or drink heavily on a regular basis, then it’s time for a quit date!
