If you’re anything like me, then you might be wondering why we need nature. Why should we go out into the woods and mountains just to get some fresh air? Well, I’m here to tell you that it’s not just about having fun in the great outdoors. Nature has a lot of benefits for us as humans!
We are disconnected from nature.
We are disconnected from nature.
Although it’s easy to think that we live in a world of constant urbanization, this isn’t entirely true. In fact, there are still many cities that have retained some sense of wilderness and even wildness (think: San Francisco). But when you look at the average American’s daily life—at work during the day or commuting home at night—you’ll find yourself surrounded by concrete walls and highways. You may not realize it but your home is almost always indoors; most people spend only two hours outside each day! And if you do decide to go outside for recreation or exercise, chances are good that what you see will be an artificial environment created by humans rather than something natural like forest paths through which animals move freely and playfully with each other.
The result? A disconnection from nature leads us down a path toward physical illness.
We need more physical exercise.
The best way to stay healthy is to include physical exercise in your daily routine. We know that physical activity is good for our health and helps us feel better overall, but it can be difficult to find the time or motivation to do it every day. Plus, there are so many different types of physical activities out there—from dancing at a party or playing tennis with friends on weekends, to going for walks around town during lunch breaks at work—and sometimes we just don’t want to get up early enough in the morning!
So how do we make sure that everyone gets enough physical activity? Well luckily there’s an app called Bodyweight PT! It tracks all kinds of information about you (like how much weight/distance run/swim etc.) which then allows users set goals by themselves based on their own needs (such as losing weight). The app also shows other users’ progress throughout each week so they can see what works best for them too!
We need to be in nature.
Let me tell you how I became a nature lover. When I was young, my mother used to take us on walks in the woods and forests. On those days, we would play in the sun or under shade of trees and bushes. We would eat fruits that were ripe from autumn season; some of them were sweet juicy apples or pears while others had hard skin but tasted just as good as their soft counterparts! My father also loved nature too because he always planted different kinds of plants around his house which gave us fresh vegetables every day without having to go out shopping for them every week! It was so wonderful spending time with your family while enjoying nature at its best!
