4. Publish quality content consistently and frequently: The best way to get people’s attention is through great content, so be sure to post regularly and often enough so that people won’t forget about you but won’t be annoyed by over-sharing either.

Interact with other writers: It’s important to stay active on Medium and comment on other writers’ articles, follow other writers, clap for them, respond to comments they have made etc… This will not only build relationships but also raise awareness of your profile among other users of the platform who may then decide to follow you as well.
