Stop criticizing yourself How many times a day do you tell yourself that you are stupid, fat or unattractive? Take care of your body A healthy mind in a healthy body is not fiction. Your body is your temple, so give it the best you can and try to give up unhealthy habits that harm it – smoking, drinking, unhealthy fats, sugar…

Love yourself Don’t wait for everything in life to fall into place to love yourself. Embrace all the faults and good qualities you have because no one is perfect.
