 When someone asks us how we are, we often give the clichéd answer that we are fine. Many times, however, this is not true, because we accumulate negative feelings that we should process and let go of.

 When we are in need, we seek help, because a relaxed conversation with loved ones and a different perspective can help us. If the problems intensify and we lose the will and motivation to work and socialize, we feel emptiness, numbness, fatigue, restlessness, lack of will, we have problems with sleep, concentration and pessimistic thoughts, do not delay in visiting a doctor. Modern-day illnesses such as anxiety, burnout and depression affect our well-being and relationships and require appropriate treatment and treatment.
