Many people think that the rich would be happier, which is not necessarily the case. The rich would tell you, “Money makes life easier, but it can’t buy you happiness.” Many other important things cannot be bought with money either. Check which ones!

You can have a degree from the best college that actually means absolutely nothing. Those with less education can have more knowledge and wisdom than individuals with many titles due to willpower and persistence. Knowledge is power gained through hard work and experience, regardless of education.

Respect between colleagues, friends and family members cannot be bought or forced. We can only earn it. You will achieve more with work and knowledge than by wasting money. Many managers and successful entrepreneurs have spent a lot of time trying to make money, forgetting about their dreams, passions and desires.

Money can pay for the best medical services, insurance, drugs and therapies, but not for health. Many rich people have lost their battles with cruel diseases and only on their deathbeds have they realized how little money is actually worth.

True friends are priceless and should be protected very much. Loyal and understanding support you, love you, rejoice and cry with you. And they never ask for payment. Even true and sincere love has no price. Someone loves you for you, not for your possessions.

A family is not happy because of the money in the account, but because of healthy relationships and quality time spent together. Unconditional love, support, understanding and security are important in a family, but they do not cost anything.

You are wrong if you think that the rich have peace of mind because of the money in their bank account. More money can also bring more stress, because wealth needs to be kept, even more to be earned.

The most valuable thing you can give is your time. It cannot be bought and you will never get it back. So save it for your loved ones who really deserve it. Many, in their headlong pursuit of money and prestige, forget about the people who are really important in their lives, so relationships suffer and they will never be truly happy.

We actually want to be happy, not rich. And true happiness cannot be bought, it cannot be deposited into a bank account. Many who don’t have much can tell you firsthand how lucky they are to be surrounded by loved ones who cost absolutely nothing but are very precious.

Have a nice and peaceful holiday without disappointment if you didn’t get anything material. All that counts is in the heart. And may all your wishes come true!
